Kenny Rodgers wrote a song that could have been written for me had it been about roulette and not poker, I have no idea how to play poker. But anyway, back to the son! I can remember singing along to it as a child when it was a favourite whenever grandparents had parties, back in the 70’s and I’ve continued singing it over the years as a growing man child, perhaps it’s me who has grown into the song?
